After two years of serving a five-course brunch instead of the traditional buffet, Culinary Director Frédéric Cyr and the Château's brigade are happy to finally welcome families and friends in a friendly and refined atmosphere for the most popular Sunday brunch in Québec City. Those who have never experienced this culinary pleasure will be able to do so every Sunday at 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. For the regulars who enjoy the tradition of this Sunday brunch, they will rediscover various stations, featuring a decadent menu and a vast selection of delights! Breakfast classics, cellar cheeses and charcuterie, pastries, a carving station featuring the traditional Beef Wellington, and an interactive station with omelet and risotto, fish, seafood, and more! Those with a sweet tooth will not be left out, thanks to the large central dessert table designed by pastry chef Joël Lahon, featuring croquembouche, macaroons, and a wide variety of miniature desserts. In addition, the children will certainly enjoy the candy bar! For $69 per person, plus taxes and service, guests will be offered a wide array of flavors. And valet parking is always included!
